Homebrew feats

 

We noticed something critical when playing our first practice sessions: a lack of Lovecraftian feats. Most of the feats included in the d20 Call of Cthulhu rule-book are combat-oriented. In most works of weird fiction, the heroes and heroines may occasionally win a small victory over malignant forces and their servitors, but their victories are temporary. Investigators of the unknown usually find themselves completely unable to definitely vanquish their foes.

Because of this, combat feats feel weightless. We’ve corrected this by adding our own feats, some of which are culled from other role-playing games.

Due to the sensitive nature of some feats, they must be taken in secret, only to be revealed to other players and the listeners during play. If you have a suggestion for a feat, please contact us and we’ll see about adding it.
